1. Services Provided

AutoBiz Trader provides automobile pricing negotiation and procurement consulting. We act as a representative for the Client in dealings with third-party automotive dealerships.

  • We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealer.

  • We do not sell, lease, or trade vehicles directly.

  • We do not provide financing or insurance.

2. User Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and the "AutoBiz Trader" name, is the intellectual property of AutoBiz Trader. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Retainers: All $99 retainers are non-refundable and are required to initiate the negotiation process.

  • Success Fees: Our 2% commission is earned upon the execution of a vehicle purchase or lease agreement.

  • Chargebacks: Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes of legitimate fees will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in the State of New Jersey.

5. Third-Party Links and Dealerships

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party dealership websites. AutoBiz Trader is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or business practices of these third parties. Your interactions with any dealership are solely between you and that dealership.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Jersey law, AutoBiz Trader shall not be liable for:

  • The mechanical condition or safety of any vehicle negotiated.

  • Accuracy of dealership-provided data or vehicle history reports.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoBiz Trader and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your purchase/lease of a vehicle through our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Somerset County, NJ.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
